3. Our Services

Paw Print provides at-home pet health tests (including DNA, allergy, intolerance, and breed identification) with results reviewed by qualified veterinarians. Based on these results, we deliver a personalised wellness plan for your dog.

Please note:

* Our Services are intended for educational and wellness purposes only.

* We are not a veterinary clinic and do not offer diagnosis or treatment of disease.

* Any recommendations made should be discussed with your licensed veterinarian before being implemented.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated and include GST for New Zealand-based customers. Payments must be made in full at the time of order.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and Returns

Test kits will be shipped to your nominated address. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We provide pre-paid return packaging for customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a test has been used. If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us promptly.

6. Results and Wellness Plans

Test results are typically available within several weeks of the lab receiving your sample. We will notify you by email when your results and wellness plan are ready. While we take great care in preparing personalised recommendations, results should not replace veterinary advice or care.

7. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

* Violate any applicable laws or regulations

* Infringe on our intellectual property

* Attempt to disrupt or harm our Services or other users

* Misuse the Services in any way that may cause harm to your pet
