What do you test for?
Depending on the test you purchase, we test for your dog’s food and environmental intolerances that could be causing issues like itching, upset stomachs or chronic discomfort. How long does it take to receive results and my dog's wellness plan?
Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your completed test sample. You’ll get email updates along the way.

Can I buy supplements and food tailored to my dog’s results and ongoing needs?
No, we purposely do not sell supporting products. When we provide recommendations for your dog, we want you to know these recommendations are not influenced by Paw Print wanting to sell you foods, supplements etc.

Where do you ship to?
Paw Print Health currently ships to New Zealand and Australia. The cost of shipping your test and the return of your test samples is included in your purchase price. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about shipping to other countries.
