Every Paw Print test is designed to be easy for you and stress-free for your dog. Here's how each one works:

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR TEST

  • Comprehensive Wellness Programme: Everything in one kit: DNA, intolerance, allergies, and gut health. The most complete view of your dog’s future health.
  • Intolerance & Allergy Analysis: Fur-sample test covering 300+ food and environmental triggers. Great for skin, stomach, and behaviour issues.
  • DNA Screening: Cheek-swab test uncovering breed mix, inherited risks, and traits.

Step 2: Collect Your Dog's Sample

Each kit comes with simple instructions and all materials provided.

  • DNA Screening: Quick, painless cheek swab.
  • Intolerance & Allergy Analysis: A few strands of fur (use your own dog brush).
  • Comprehensive Wellness Programme: Both cheek swab + fur sample.

STEP 3: SEND IT BACK

  • Use the pre-paid courier pack included with your kit.
  • Samples are securely returned to our New Zealand warehouse, then dispatched to our specialist labs in the UK and Austria.

Step 4: SCIENCE AT WORK

  • DNA: Analysed for breed mix, inherited conditions, and traits.
  • Intolerance & Allergy: Tested against 300+ food and environmental items.
  • Gut health (Comprehensive only): Sequencing of microbiome to understand digestion and immunity.
  • All results are checked for accuracy and reviewed by a Paw Print veterinarian.

STEP 5: YOUR DOG'S WELLNESS PLAN

  • You’ll receive a personalised, easy-to-understand plan in your Paw Print portal.
  • Clear explanations in plain English.
  • Practical recommendations for diet, exercise, supplements, and ongoing care.
  • Complimentary follow-up for any questions you might have.
