How do your tests work?
Our tests are very simple to collect and are stress free for both you and your dog. Collect either/both a quick cheek swab and fur sample (depending on the test you have purchased), return it in the pre-paid package and our experts will analyse the results. Within a few weeks, you’ll receive a detailed health report and personalised wellness plan from our vet.

How long does it take to receive results and my dog's wellness plan?
Our standard turnaround time is four weeks from the time we receive your completed test sample. You’ll get email updates along the way.
